Price: £48 for 6 weeks or £10 for a drop in!
Dress: Please wear comfortable clothing
i.e.: a long loose skirt or yoga pants and a comfortable top or choli.
Bare feet or dance shoes only. Please bring zils (finger cymbals).

In this foundation course we will cover posture, isolations, basic fast and slow
movements from the FCBD format,how to lead, follow and improvise within a group, as
well as transitions and formations.Finger cymbals will be introduced, and integrated
into movements. We will also work on building flexibility and core strength as well as having fun!
All levels welcome.
